Product information "Skimmed milk powder"
Skimmed milk powder contains only 1.5 g fat per 100 g. In addition, it contains vitamins A, B6 and B12, vitamin C and D. Milk powder also contains minerals and trace elements such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron.
During the production of milk powder, the water is extracted from the milk. After this process, the milk powder only contains approx. 3 % water. Compressd" in this way, milk powder becomes an interesting food for leisure, camping and sports, as it takes up little space, is mixed with drinking water and is immediately ready to drink again, and tastes almost like fresh milk. Milk powder is also frequently used for use in disaster areas or to build up emergency reserves. In the food industry, milk powder is used to make chocolate or ice cream. It is also used in the production of baby food and bakery products.

Shelf life and storage
When stored under dry, cool conditions, the product is stable for at least 1 year after the production date.
Our products are always packaged in pre-packaged packages marked with a batch number and an MHD (imprint or additional label). Until the date of the MHD, the manufacturer guarantees the product's unchanged properties in terms of appearance, taste and processing behaviour. It is not an expiration date as is the case with fresh produce, for example.

Use
Can be used like fresh milk in many recipes. For example:
- For cooking and baking
- As a milk drink
- As an addition to coffee or tea
- As a base for milkshakes or smoothies
Our customers report that mixing 1 part milk powder with 8 parts water produces good results. You can vary the mixing ratio according to taste and requirements. To avoid lumps forming, do not pour boiling water over the powder.

Ich muss nichts mehr wegschütten
Schmeckt super, wie Milch halt, was es ja auch ist. Brauche es für Kakao, Kaffee, Püree... für mich optimal

Sehr gutes natürliches Milchpulver.
Dies ist ein sehr gutes natürliches Milchpulver ohne Zuckerzusätze. Benütze es zum Kochen und Backen und Praline. Einfach zuerst langsam auflösen und weiter verarbeiten. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Das Pulver schmeckt wie Milch und lässt sich gut auflösen. Nichts zu beanstanden!!

1 Kg Pulver ergibt ganze 7 L fertige Milch!
Das Pulver ist ausgesprochen ergiebig, schmeckt lecker und ist perfekt als eiserne Reserve. Es eignet sich, dicker angerührt auch für das herstellen von Karamellfudge. Sehr lecker!
