Product information "Baking soda"
Sodium hydrogen carbonate is a sodium salt of carbonic acid and belongs to the hydrogen carbonates and is also known under the common names food soda, food soda and the brand names Bullrich salt and Kaiser soda. Sodium bicarbonate is used in food as a leavening agent and in effervescent powders. The fine powder gives baked goods their volume, doughs rise and become wonderfully light and fluffy.
Nothing is more versatile. For brushing teeth, washing hair, washing clothes, as an odour killer and as a sustainable household cleaner. Sodium bicarbonate is a real all-rounder!

Application
Sodium bicarbonate is a household remedy with many applications. It is the ideal baking ingredient and easily replaces industrial all-purpose cleaners, dishwashing detergents and chemical cleaning agents - a real household fairy.
All-purpose cleaners can be made with the help of 2 teaspoons each of baking soda, citric acid and some curd soap.
Cake dough becomes particularly fine and fluffy with the following rule of thumb: 5 g of baking soda are added to 500 g of flour.
And if you want to give yourself and your loved ones a treat, use baking soda to make wonderfully fragrant bath bombs. There are no limits to creativity when it comes to natural cosmetics with baking soda.

Only if a perfect quality is determined, the raw materials are processed further in Germany or filled into finished packages. In order to ensure marketability, we have our product labels checked for correct declaration before they are placed on the market.
