There’s Eryn & Stevie, our rather sweet dream team of erythritol and stevia. Dexter represents dextrose, Gloria is all about glucose and Yacita brings yacon syrup to the gang. And there are plenty of other SWEETies too – with our gang constantly evolving, new characters can join at any time.
Behind the names are very different products. Some bring the typical functional properties of classic sugars to your recipe, while others offer alternative ways to sweeten. Sweetness, flavor, solubility and processing characteristics can vary considerably from one product to another.
