The Indian Psylliumherb is an annual herb cultivated mainly in India and the Mediterranean. The erect plant forms a spike on the flowering branches as an inflorescence. The ripe seeds are harvested and processed into various qualities. Psylliumcontain gums that swell when they come into contact with water.
Especially in the case of the yellow IndianPsyllium, the peel, in which the swelling substances lie, can be easily separated from the seed. This is how they discovered a completely new product - the Psyllium Husksone that has 5 times the source volume of the whole seed.
Also with animals - in particular with the horse - Psylliumsuccessfully are used.

stir 1-2 teaspoons daily into liquid and drink after a swelling time of about 15-20 minutes, preferably before meals. Alternatively, pour over yoghurt or muesli, leave to swell a little and consume. Drink plenty of liquid, do not consume dry!
