Product information "Organic hemp protein"
Organic hemp protein is obtained exclusively from purely organic edible hemp and has a protein content of at least 50%. It is particularly popular with vegans, vegetarians and athletes looking for animal protein substitutes due to its high protein content. The production is based on gluten-free hemp seeds, which are cold pressd and ground in a gentle process. The result is a high-quality, easily digestible protein in raw food quality. Hemp protein has a complete amino acid profile in bioavailable quality that is optimal for humans, an ideal fatty acid pattern and a high content of vitamins and minerals
Hemp is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world, which has fallen into oblivion in recent decades. Their rediscovery is a contribution to alternative diets. Hemp seeds are brown to black-grey or sometimes green-grey in colour. Their diameter is about 2.5 to 4 mm. They weigh approx. 15-20 g per thousand grain. Hemp protein powder has a greenish gray color and a nutty taste
Hemp is easy to grow, quick to grow back, needs no chemical pesticides and is also environmentally friendly, because hemp improves the soil structure, reduces CO2 and thus counteracts the greenhouse effect.

All products, which originally come from different countries all over the world, are checked in Germany for residues and carefully controlled. Only if a perfect quality is determined, the raw materials are processed further in Germany or filled into finished packages.
