MSM is the abbreviation for methylsulfonylmethane. The substance belongs to the group of organic sulphur compounds (sulphones). Methylsulfonylmethane can be found in both plant and animal products. It is contained in relatively large quantities in milk, onions, sauerkraut and coffee, for example.

Organic sulphur in powder form is a very popular dietary supplement that can be consumed daily.

Shelf life and storage

When stored under dry, cool conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 2 years after the production date.
