Product information "Indian Premium Psyllium Husks99 % ground"
Psyllium Husks are the seed shells of Plantago ovata, a plant native to India. The seeds are harvested by hand, sieved and gently dried. Indian Psylliumcontains slime-forming dietary fibres which swell on contact with liquid. Since these swelling substances can be found in the epidermis of the skin, it is separated from the seed by a special process and ground into a fine powder. Psyllium Husk Powderhas a swelling volume that is sometimes 8 times higher than that of the entire seed. The powder is usually dissolved in water or mixed with muesli or yoghurt.
Psyllium Husk Powder 99% has a swelling number of at least 80 ml/g. This specification describes the ability of dietary fibres to multiply their volume by absorbing water. Since the shells contain the highest proportion of swelling substances, Psyllium Husksup to 8 times as much swelling volume is present as the whole seeds. The high purity of powders ground Psyllium Husksto powder leads to an even higher source number, which can be up to 90 ml/g. Shelf life and storage
When stored under dry, cool conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 3 years after the production date.
Our products are always packaged in pre-packaged packages marked with a batch number and an MHD (imprint or additional label). Until the date of the MHD, the manufacturer guarantees the product's unchanged properties in terms of appearance, taste and processing behaviour. It is not an expiration date as is the case with fresh produce, for example.

Ingredients
Ground Indian psyllium husks (Plantago ovata) (100%)
Recommended intake
2-3 times daily, sprinkle 1/2 - 1 heaped teaspoon* into at least 500 ml of liquid and stir with a fork. Leave to soak for approx. 20 minutes and then drink, or mix the specified amount into muesli or yogurt. To mix the powder without lumps, first take a very small amount of the powder and add a drop of cooking oil if necessary. If the mixture becomes too thick, add more water. Drink plenty of liquid with it; do not consume dry!
*4 teaspoons (daily dose) = approx. 10 g
Note: Psyllium husk powder is mainly used in industry, for example to make baked goods. The powder is difficult to mix with liquid by hand. If you want a lump-free mixture, it is better to use psyllium husks.

Super Hilfsmittel
Ich benutzte die flohsamen von Golden peanut bestimmt schon über ein Jahr und bin so dankbar! Es hilft der Verdauung und seit meiner darmreinigung mit diesem mittel geht es mir so viel besser. Was das Klumpen angeht man muss es halt in ein Gefäß tun und durch shaken und danach mit Wasser spülen ich trinke es direkt nach dem mixen täglich 1-2 mal.. kann es besten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Habe auch Gut abnehmen können und vielen Kolleginnen empfohlen die es seit dem auch benutzen und dankbar sind 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Flohsamen
Ich finde es handelt sich um eine gute Qualität. Ich benutze es zu Ergänzung meines täglichen Müsli. Es ist unkompliziert zu nutzen, einfach in den Joghurt geben und fertig. Es ist lange haltbar, somit kann man sich Zeit lassen.

Flohsamenschalen, das Mittel der Wahl
- Flohsamenschalen sind nicht nur gute Zutaten beim Backen, diese kann man auch nutzen, um Hungergefühle zu vermeiden oder wenn man Probleme bei der Verdauung hat.

Super Qualität zu niedrigem Preis
Die Samen kommen sicher verpackt in einem Beutel. Auch nach drei Bestellungen immer gute Qualität und keine Probleme. Zum Produkt an sich: Durch die Veränderungen in der modernen Ernährung kommen leider Ballaststoffe viel zu kurz. Viele Kalorien, kaum satt und zu wenig Arbeit für den Darm. Flohsamenschalen helfen hier als Ballaststoffquelle und sorgen für gesunden Schleim im Darm (so unappetitlich das auch klingen mag). Das ist exzellent für die Verdauung, das Immunsystem und den Besuch auf dem Klo. :-) Es wird empfohlen, mind. 30g Ballaststoffe pro Tag zu sich zu nehmen. Wer sich nun die Arbeit macht und durchrechnet, wie viel er davon durchschnittlich am Tag schafft, wird sich mit Sicherheit erschrecken. Meine Tagesdosis: Ich persönlich nehme 4-5 TL, lasse es unter Rühren in einem Glas lauwarmen (nicht heiß) Wasser quellen (30 Sekunden sind schon genug) und füge dann noch ein wenig Saft hinzu. Es hat zwar keinen Eigengeschmack, aber die Konsistenz schreckt eventuell ab und mit einem Schuss Saft lässt es sich einfach angenehmer trinken. Danach mit einem Glas Wasser nachspülen, um sicherzustellen, dass genügend Wasser zum Quellen im Körper ist. Wirkung: Hilfreich für den Alltag, aber auch bei akuten Verdauungsprobleme. Aus unserer Erfahrung sehr gut, um in der Schwangerschaft Verstopfungen vorzubeugen. Wer schon mit Leinsamen rum experimentiert, um die Verdauung zu fördern, sollte auf jeden Fall Flohsamenschalen testen. Meiner Meinung nach klar überlegen.

Kurz und Knapp: Das Beste!
Ich treibe viel Sport und nehme oft Eiweiß Shakes zu mir. Hatte dadurch oft Probleme mit dem Darm. Ich habe daher angefangen immer 2 TL Flohsamen in meine Shakes unter zu rühren und siehe da alles gut! Die Produkte aus diesem Shop finde ich besonders gut. Service und Qualität stimmt, also immer wieder gern!

Es befinden sich keine Fremdpartikel in dem Produkt. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, quillt sehr schnell auf und ist absolut Geschmacksneutral.

Sehr, sehr fein, genau perfekt!
Ich brauche das Mehl ständig (aber nur winzige Mengen jeweils) als Bindemittel in meinen Rohkostbroten. Es ist völlig geschmacksneutral, sehr fein gemahlen, genau wie es sein soll. Auch bei mehrmals wöchentlicher Verwendung werde ich mit dem Beutel eine halbe Ewigkeit lang reichen ;-) Ich bin sehr zufrieden!
