Skimmed milk powder is low in fat, but still contains all the goodness of milk such as vitamins A, B6 and B12 as well as vitamins C and D. First and foremost, of course, calcium, which makes cow's milk so valuable. In the production of milk powder, the water is extracted from the product and thus compressed. The resulting powder is space-saving, durable and ideal for use in cooking, baking and as an emergency reserve in the pantry, as well as an ideal partner for leisure and camping.
Mixed with drinking water, the dry milk is ready for immediate use and a practical and tasty fresh milk substitute. Skimmed milk powder is popular for making chocolate, pralines or ice cream and is excellent for making homemade yoghurt.

Our milk powder can be used like fresh milk. Mix 1 part powder with 8 parts water to obtain the ideal emulsion. You can vary the mixing ratio according to taste and need.
