Organic Physalis Fruits, dried

WHOLE, DRIED CAPE GOOSEBERRIES
Description

Product information "Organic Physalis Fruits, dried"

Nur Bio dried physalis is a premium product from controlled organic cultivation. The physalis, also called Cape gooseberry, Inca plum or Andean berry, is native to the Andean region in South America. The spherical, orange-coloured fruits ripen in a wafer-thin skin that is reminiscent of the European lampion plant.

The harvest of our Nur Bio Physalis berries is done by hand. The ripe berries are harvested in untouched nature and gently dried in the sunlight for a very long time. No additives are used in the processing. The physalis is naturally sweet and sour and has an intense aroma.

The dried Cape Gooseberry, also called Golden Berry, contains numerous vitamins and minerals. It is also a valuable antioxidant.
The pleasant sweet and sour taste of the small berries makes them a popular ingredient in many dishes.

Lecker, ideal als Snack!

Die kleinen Beeren schmecken leicht säuerlich, frisch und lecker. Die sind mein Lieblingssnack für zwischendurch! Bestelle ich definitiv nochmal.

Organic Yacon Syrup
The Yacon is a widespread plant in South America, one of the oldest useful plants. It is eaten as fruit in its home country as well as processed in other foodsweiter. Already with the Incas the tuber was used as a natural sweetener. The brown yacon root is pressd out to produce the completely natural, fresh and aromatic sugar substitute. The juice is thickened at 45 °C without weiterany additives and pasteurized to 80 °C by heating it briefly. This makes it very durable in a natural way. Due to its low glycemic index, Yacon Syrup is also suitable for diabetics to sweeten food and drinks. With only half the calories, Yacon Syrup is a very attractive alternative to household sugar.

Organic goji berries
The goji berry, also known as buckthorn fruit, wolfberry or lucky berry, is an orange-red berry that originated in northwest China. It grows on a deciduous shrub that flowers from June to September. Like potatoes, tomatoes and peppers, the goji berry belongs to the nightshade family. In its homeland, the tasty red berry has been an integral part of traditional Chinese cuisine for centuries. It is said to have many positive properties and is a naturally sweet and tasty snack for every day! Goji berries are also known as "superfoods" because they contain many important nutrients and antioxidants, which makes them so extremely popular. They are proven to be rich in essential amino acids, vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin E (which is usually rare in fruits) and also have a high iron content. Our unsulphured and natural organic goji berries are directly imported from certified producers in China. Air-dried at around 25 degrees Celsius, the berry retains its rich nutrients and is considered a raw food. The supply chain is strictly monitored from the farmer to our warehouse in Hamburg to ensure that all the requirements prescribed for foodstuffs in Europe are met.Did you know that goji berries can be easily integrated into your daily diet? The sun-dried fruit, which tastes like cherries or sultanas, is sweet by nature. It is both a treat on its own and versatile in any dish, whether sweet or savoury. The ripe, natural taste perfectly rounds off many dishes.
