Product information "Organic Psylliumwhole 99 % purity"
Whole organic Psylliumare the whole ripe seeds of the Psylliumherb. The brown seeds look like linseed. They contain ballast and gums that swell when they come into contact with liquids. Golden Peanut Psylliumare available in food quality and are therefore suitable for human and animal consumption.
Indian Psyllium- also called yellow or blond psyllium - is the name given to the mature, dry seeds of the annual plant Plantago ovata, which is mainly native to India. The seeds are obtained by wind stratification and gently dried. Golden Peanut Psylliumproducts are 100% natural and are bottled without additives in Germany
Psyllium have a swelling number of at least 12 ml/g. This specification describes the ability of dietary fibres to multiply their volume by absorbing water

Shelf life and storage
When stored under dry, cool conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 3 years after the production date.
Our products are always packaged in pre-packaged packages marked with a batch number and an MHD (imprint or additional label). Until the date of the MHD, the manufacturer guarantees the product's unchanged properties in terms of appearance, taste and processing behaviour. It is not an expiration date as is the case with fresh produce, for example.

Recommended intake
2-3 times daily, stir 1-2 teaspoons into water* and allow to swell, then drink or mix into muesli or yogurt. Do not consume dry!
*Mix psyllium husks with liquid in a ratio of at least 1:5.

Ein sehr gutes Produkt zu einem günstigen Preis
Ich habe in den letzten zwei Jahren immer wieder Flohsamen von den verschiedenen Anbietern. Die Qualität scheint überall etwa gleich zu sein. In dieser Hinsicht habe ich bisher keine Unterschiede feststellen können. Deshalb ist für mich natürlich der hier günstige Preis entscheidend für meine Bestellung gewesen und ich bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Weiter so!!!

Hab das Produkt nun schon ein paar mal für meine Mutter bestellt - sie nimmt es wenn ihr der beim Brotbacken Sauerteig ein wenig zu flüssig wird. Sie ist begeistert.

Super gesundes für den Darm.
Ich nehm es nun 3 Tage zweimal täglich und konnte schon am nächsten Morgen ohne Probleme auf die Toilette. Heisst: ich hatte einen normalen Stuhlgang, nicht abführend! Das gleich am folgeneden Tage. Ich bin jetzt schon überzeugt, dass richtige gekauft zu haben!
