Product information "Organic Psyllium Husks95"
Psyllium Husks are the seed shells of Plantago ovata, a plant native to India. The seeds are harvested by hand, sieved and gently dried. Indian Psylliumcontains slime-forming dietary fibres which swell on contact with liquid. As these swelling substances are found in the epidermis of the skin, it is separated from the seed by a special process and only the shells are offered as an independent product Psyllium Huskswith up to 5 times the swelling volume. PsylliumThey Psyllium Husksare usually dissolved in water, mixed with muesli or yoghurt or processed in baked goods. Golden Peanut Psyllium Husksare available in food quality and are therefore suitable for human and animal consumption.
Golden Peanut Bio Psyllium Husks95% have a source number of at least 40 ml/g. This specification describes the ability of dietary fibres to multiply their volume by absorbing water. Since the peels contain the highest proportion of swelling substances, the swelling volume is Psyllium Husks5 times higher than that of the whole seeds. Shelf life and storage
When stored under dry, cool conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 3 years after the production date.
Our products are always packaged in pre-packaged packages marked with a batch number and an MHD (imprint or additional label). Until the date of the MHD, the manufacturer guarantees the product's unchanged properties in terms of appearance, taste and processing behaviour. It is not an expiration date as is the case with fresh produce, for example.

Ingredients
Indian psyllium husks (Plantago ovata) 95% purity (100%) from certified organic cultivation, origin India.
Recommended intake
2-3 times daily, stir 1-2 teaspoons into water* and allow to swell, then drink or mix into muesli or yogurt.

*Mix psyllium husks with liquid in a ratio of at least 1:10.

Die besten Flohsamenschalen.
Beste Qualität. Ist über die letzten Bestellungen sogar noch besser geworden. Die Reinheit der Schalen ist Top. Sollte man jeden Tag nehmen und man hat nie wieder irgendwelche Darm oder Maagen Probleme. Reine Natur, gute Wirkung. Wer noch wenig Erfahrung im Umgang mit den Flohsamenschalen hat, sollte es langsam angehen und etwas Zeit einplanen. Empfehlenswert ist am Morgen auf nüchternen Maagen 1 Eßlöffel in einem Glas Wasser zu verquirlen und sehr schnell zu trinken, bevor der Quellfaktor zu stark einsetzt. Dann ca. 2 Gläser Wasser nach trinken. Je nach Veranlagung "drückt" es jetzt schnell oder langsamer. Aber wenn der Flohsamen ans Türchen klopft, sollte die nächste Toilette nicht zu weit weg sein. Die beste Rezession fand ich: "Da schwebt die Kacke wie auf einer Wolke heraus." Vielleicht etwas makaber umschrieben, trifft es aber genau. Auf weitere Details gehe ich Aufgrund der Öffentlichkeit nicht ein ?

Eigentlich reicht ein Wort: TOP!!! Diese Flohsamen fördern die Verdauung und helfen gegen Hämmorroiden! Das ist kein Witz!!!!!! Wenn mann dann noch ergänzend Urea Creme (Aldi) in den Enddarm einführt, sind diese fiesen Probleme gelöst! Kein Witz! Ich habe lange gelitten!!!!!! Teure Medikamente braucht es nicht! Ich bin kein Fake......Ich bin Andreas Burk, als ehemaliger Beamter der alten Schule unbestechlich! Im Übrigen ist ein Großpack von hier auf dem Weg zu den Philippinen..........nun.....da lässt es sich leben! :-))

Angenehmer Preis, beste Qualität.
Anbieter von Flohsamen und Flohsamenschalen gibt es mittlerweile reichlich. Bei »Golden Peanut« stimmt die Qualität und der Preis ist angemessen - ob hier bei Amazon oder im BIO-Laden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und greifen immer wieder zu dieser Marke.

Ich bin mit den Flohsamenschalen sehr zufrieden. Zum Backen, Kochen oder einfach in Skyr zum Frühstück mit Früchten. Aber nicht zu lange stehen lassen

Gute Qualität.
Die indischen Bio Flohsamenschalen wurden zügig geliefert und entsprachen in ihrer Qualität den vorangegangenen Rezessionen ,denen ich mich auch nur anschließen kann . Es ist schon das vierte Mal ,dass ich die Bio Flohsamenschalen von Golden Peanut gekauft habe und werde es wieder tun..

Funktioniert super. Kurbelt den Stoffwechsel an aber angenehm. Wenn man mal magenProbleme hat oder generell ein Problem mit dem Stoffwechsel hat, sind sie sehr zu empfehlen.

jederzeit wieder
wir, die ganze Familie, sind sehr zufrieden mit diesen Bio Flohsamenschalen. Sie sind nicht zur für das Müsli geeignet, sondern auch für selbstgemachte Brot, Joghurt etc. Geschmacklich einwandfrei und kein Aufstoßen oder Bauchweh o. ä. Und: sie machen ordentlich satt, da sie ein sehr hohes Quellvermögen haben, wenn sie sich mit Flüssigkeit verbinden :) Und auf jeden Fall das "mehr" Trinken nicht vergessen. Es wird auf jeden Fall nachgekauft, wenn es alle ist.
