Product information "Organic Premium Psyllium Husks99"
The Indian Psylliumherb is an annual herb cultivated mainly in India and the Mediterranean. The erect plant forms a spike on the flowering branches as an inflorescence. The ripe seeds are harvested and processed into various qualities. Psylliumcontain gums that swell when they come into contact with water.
Especially in the case of the yellow IndianPsyllium, the peel, in which the swelling substances lie, can be easily separated from the seed. This is how they discovered a completely new product - the Psyllium Husksone that has 5 times the source volume of the whole seed.
Also with animals - in particular with the horse - Psylliumsuccessfully are used.
Note on the source number:
The source number refers to the source volume measured in ml/g after 2 hours according to the USP method. The higher the purity, the better the swelling properties of the Psyllium Husks. Our Premium Psyllium Huskshave the highest possible source number for trays, which is between 65-100 ml/g after 2 hours according to the USP method, and between 100-150 ml/g according to the Ph.Eur method after 4 hours. This is due in particular to the high purity of the product. Our Premium Psyllium Husks99% are "extra white". This means that they contain a low percentage of specks. This particularly popular Pemium product contains 99% mucilage, a maximum of 0.5% light and 0.5% heavy foreign ingredients. The high purity results in the highest possible number of sources.

Shelf life and storage
When stored under dry, cool conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 3 years after the production date.
Our products are always packaged in pre-packaged packages marked with a batch number and an MHD (imprint or additional label). Until the date of the MHD, the manufacturer guarantees the product's unchanged properties in terms of appearance, taste and processing behaviour. It is not an expiration date as is the case with fresh produce, for example.

Indian psyllium husks (Plantago ovata) 99% purity (100%) from certified organic cultivation, origin India
Recommended intake
2-3 times daily, stir 1-2 teaspoons into water* and allow to swell, then drink or mix into muesli or yogurt. Do not consume dry!
*Mix psyllium husks with liquid in a ratio of at least 1:10.

Wirkt super!
Der Stuhlgang ist viel besser geworden. Die Haut wird durch die regelmäßige Reinigung 10x besser & sie sind leicht zum trinken/runterschlucken. Hätte mir aber lieber eine andere Verpackung gewünscht, nicht desto trotz für den Preis ein recht gutes & wertvolles Produkt.

Ich bin mit den Flohsamenschalen sehr zufrieden. Zum Backen, Kochen oder einfach in Skyr zum Frühstück mit Früchten. Aber nicht zu lange stehen lassen

Die Qualität scheint wirklich gut zu sein, die Flohsamenschalen halten sich im Kühlschrank wirklich super und die Wirkung ist klasse!!!

Riesige Menge
Die Flohsamen kamen gut und hochwertig verpackt an. Die Qualität ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut. Ich mische die Flohsamen täglich in mein Musli oder mische Sie mit Fruchtsaft. Die Menge reicht mir und meiner Freundin gut ein halbes Jahr (eher noch länger) Also eindeutig ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Kaufempfehlung.
Wir nehmen jetzt seit ca. 3 Wochen die Flohsamenschalen und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Sie dämmen den Appetit und sind sehr gut für die Darmflora und wirken abführend.

Gute Qualität
Ich bestelle diese Flohsamenschalen schon seid Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden . Bei der Verpackung ist noch Handlungsbedarf. Das umfüllen ist recht schwierig hinzubekommen, ohne das was daneben geht. Hier sollte man sich nochmal Gedanken machen.
