Shelf life and storage
When stored in dry, cool conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 2 years after the date of manufacture.
Our products are always packaged in ready-made packaging marked with a batch number and a best-before date (printed or on an additional label). The manufacturer guarantees that the product will retain its appearance, taste, and processing properties until the best-before date. This is not an expiration date, as is the case with fresh produce, for example.

Application
Starch can be replaced by guar gum in recipes. One-eighth of the amount of starch normally used is sufficient for guar gum with a viscosity of 3500 cps.

Anstelle von Kartoffelstärke
Ich mag die NUR BIO Produkte sehr. Ich verwende Guarkernmehl anstelle von Kartoffelmehl weil es viel cremiger bindet und die Textur stabil bleibt. Soßen trennen sich nicht so schnell.
