All Psylliumare the complete ripe seeds of the Psylliumherb. The brown seeds look like linseed. They contain ballast and gums that swell when they come into contact with liquids. Golden Peanut Psylliumare available in food quality and are therefore suitable for human and animal consumption.
Indian Psyllium- also called yellow or blond psyllium - is the name given to the mature, dry seeds of the annual plant Plantago ovata, which is mainly native to India. The seeds are obtained by wind stratification and gently dried. Golden Peanut Psylliumproducts are 100% natural and are bottled without additives in Germany
Psyllium have a swelling number of at least 12 ml/g. This specification describes the ability of dietary fibres to multiply their volume by absorbing water

Shelf life and storage
When stored under dry, cool conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 3 years after the production date.
Our products are always packaged in pre-packaged packages marked with a batch number and an MHD (imprint or additional label). Until the date of the MHD, the manufacturer guarantees the product's unchanged properties in terms of appearance, taste and processing behaviour. It is not an expiration date as is the case with fresh produce, for example.

Recommended intake
2-3 times daily, stir 1-2 teaspoons into water* and allow to swell, then drink or mix into muesli or yogurt. Do not consume dry!
*Mix psyllium husks with liquid in a ratio of at least 1:5.

Flohsamenschalen
Habe meine Ernährung umgestellt und viel gelesen. Bin im Internet immer wieder auf diese Flohsamen gestoßen, von denen ich noch nie was gehört habe. Mische sie mir mit Chia-Samen jeden morgen ins Müsli und kann sagen, sie tun mir gut. Gute Qualität, schnelle Lieferung

Gut Ding will Weile haben.
Das ist ein erster Kontakt mit dergleichen Produkten ; immerhin sind Flohsamen in Drogeriemärkten im ` Pharmagang ' regalisiert und werden als Abführmittel vertrieben . Da ich mit meiner Verdauung seit vielen Jahren problemlos lebe , werden diese Samen meinen Speiseplan erweitern / bereichern , vielleicht veranlassen sie eine zusätzliche Entschlackung und sanieren somit prophylaktisch den Darm . Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und wohl verpackt , vielen Dank [ ! ] . Vollständigkeitshalber möchte ich nach einem Monat regelmäßigen Gebrauches der Sämereien anmerken , daß der Stuhl tatsächlich geschmeidiger abgeht .

Großartig
Die Produkte von Peanuts sind einfach klasse. Sowohl die Flohsamenschalen als auch der ganze Flohsamen (den ich bevorzuge). Also Daumen hoch für ganzen Flohsamen und die Flohsamenschalen.

Für diejenigen dies brauchen - hilfreich.
Mir hilfts seit langer Zeit. Ich musste bei so manchen Geschäften hart durchdrücken. Mit ein bisschen Zitronenpulver wird der etwas fade Geschmack aufgepeppt. Und - am besten noch nicht ganz aufgequollen vor dem Zähneputzen einnehmen, sonst sind Sie den ganzen Tag beschäftigt die kleinen Körnchen aus den Zahnreihen zu puhlen. Wohlbekomms.

Gute Konsistenz.
Sehr gutes Produkt, persönlich finde ich diese Form deutlich leichter runter zu bekommen als die Flohsamenschalen. Von der Wirkung her konnte ich keinen Unterschied feststellen.

Ich nehme die Flohsamen täglich zu mir. Die Verdauung wird unterstützt und es macht wirklich einen Unterschied wenn ich die Flohsamen mal zwei Tage nich nehme. Auch in der großen Packung ist die Qualität sehr gut.

Ganze Flohsamen.
Das sind die absolut besten Flohsamen Preis leistungsverhältniss einfach unschlagbar. Das es einen 3 kg Sack gibt ist von sehr großem Vorteil.

Toll zum Müsli
Von einer guten Freundin ist mir bekannt, dass ganze Reha-Kliniken in Flohsamen derzeit ein sehr wichtiges Produkt sehen. Über Müsli und Co lässt sich der angeratene Bedarf einfach in die Nahrungsaufnahme umsetzen. Haber mir für den Alltag eine kleine, griffbereite Dose abgefüllt. T.A. Hoppe WER HIER NICHT KAUFT, IST SELBER SCHULD! - TOP-QUALITÄT! Ich verwende schon seit etlichen Jahren Flohsamen. Haltbar bis 2022! Somit TOP-FRISCH! BIN EXTREM ZUFRIEDEN!
