Product information "Indian Psyllium Husks95 % ground"
Psyllium Husks are the seed shells of Plantago ovata, a plant native to India. The seeds are harvested by hand, sieved and gently dried. Indian Psylliumcontains slime-forming dietary fibres which swell on contact with liquid. Since these swelling substances can be found in the epidermis of the skin, it is separated from the seed by a special process and ground into a fine powder. Psyllium Husk Powderhas a swelling volume that is sometimes 8 times higher than that of the entire seed. The powder is usually dissolved in water or mixed with muesli or yoghurt.
Psyllium Husk Powder 95% has a source number of at least 50 ml/g. This specification describes the ability of dietary fibres to multiply their volume by absorbing water. Since the shells contain the highest proportion of swelling substances, Psyllium Husksup to 8 times as much swelling volume is present as the whole seeds. The high purity of powders ground Psyllium Husksto powder leads to an even higher source number, which can be up to 90 ml/g. Shelf life and storage
When stored under dry, cool conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 3 years after the production date.
Our products are always packaged in pre-packaged packages marked with a batch number and an MHD (imprint or additional label). Until the date of the MHD, the manufacturer guarantees the product's unchanged properties in terms of appearance, taste and processing behaviour. It is not an expiration date as is the case with fresh produce, for example.

Ingredients
Ground Indian psyllium husks (Plantago ovata) (100%)
Recommended intake
2-3 times daily, sprinkle 1/2 - 1 heaped teaspoon* into at least 500 ml of liquid and stir with a fork. Leave to soak for approx. 20 minutes and then drink, or mix the specified amount into muesli or yogurt. To mix the powder without lumps, first take a very small amount of the powder and add a drop of cooking oil if necessary. If the mixture becomes too thick, add more water. Drink plenty of liquid with it; do not consume dry!
*4 teaspoons (daily dose) = approx. 10 g
Note: Psyllium husk powder is mainly used in industry, for example to make baked goods. The powder is difficult to mix with liquid by hand. If you want a lump-free mixture, it is better to use psyllium husks.

Super Verdauungshilfe
Schnell eintretender Effekt. Auch für meinen Hund sehr bekömmlich. Wenn er zwischendurch wieder unter Darmträgheit leidet, flutscht es gleich wieder. :)

Flohsamenschalenpulver zum Backen
Ich verwende es zum Backen von Broten als "Binder". Bin damit sehr zufrieden. Kam auch rasch und gut verpackt an. Ich habe es allerdings früher günstiger bekommen.

Flohsamenschalen Pulver 95% fein gemahlen... Golden Peanut sehr empfehlenswert.
Habe zuerst ein Mittel aus der Apotheke gekauft, hat geholfen, aber war sehr stark gesüsst. Diese Produkt dagegen ist rein naturbelassen und deshalb ist der Geschmack sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Trinke es jetzt mit Naturapfelsaft oder anderen Säften und Wasser. Das wichtigste ist aber die Wirkung! Sehr gut, absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Hab das Produkt nun schon ein paar mal für meine Mutter bestellt - sie nimmt es wenn ihr der beim Brotbacken Sauerteig ein wenig zu flüssig wird. Sie ist begeistert.

Ich nehme taeglich Flohsamen. Werde mir das naechste mal wohl zwei 500 gr Beutel bestellen.. somit bleibt einer geschlossen und in Reserve

Ein kleines Wunder wurde wahr
Aufgrund von Verdauungsbeschwerden habe ich mich etwas belesen und siehe da, auch was gefunden. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Flohsamenschalenpulvern ist dieses sehr fein gemahlen. Man benötigt extrem wenig. Die Packung reicht für ein halbes Leben, lach. Zur Wirkung: durch die enorme Quellfähigkeit wird die Verdauung angeregt. Die Schalen besitzen eine regulierende Wirkung auf den Magen-Darm-Trakt sowohl bei Durchfall als auch bei Verstopfung. Ich habe in einen halben Liter zwei TL des Pulvers zusammen mit einem TL Bentonit angerührt, evtl. noch etwas frisch gepresste Zitrone mit Stevia hinzu, verrühren, fertig. Danach ist man so pappen satt, dass man es bestimmt auch zum Abnehmen verwenden kann. Müsst ihr mal ausprobieren bei Bedarf. Nach regelmäßiger Verwendung habe ich meine Verdauung sehr verbessern können und trinke es mittlerweile ab und an auch so mal gerne.

Alltagstauglich.
Für den täglichen Gebrauch absolut super und schnell angerührt 1 TEE Löffel pro Tasse ist vollkommen ausreichend

Ein super Produkt! Ich habe schon Flohsamenschalen Von unterschiedlichen Herstellern probiert, sie waren alle mehr oder weniger gleich gut. Diese hier überzeugt daher auch durch den sehr guten Preis. Wer sich überlegt, ob Flohsamen überhaupt hilfreich sind, dem kann ich sagen: Schmeckt nicht toll, hilft aber großartig und ist gut verträglich
