Few scents evoke summer in southern France as instantly as lavender. Golden Naturals® Dried Lavender Flowers come from France, are suitable for food use and are packed in their natural dried form. Their intense fragrance and distinctive floral aroma make them a special ingredient for tea, desserts, baked goods, syrups, drinks and many creative recipe ideas.
From lavender tea to delicate recipe ideas
You can use the dried flowers as a tea ingredient, seasoning or aromatic addition. For a classic lavender tea, simply pour hot water over the desired amount and strain the flowers afterwards. Lavender also brings a delicate floral note to desserts, baked goods, ice cream, creams, syrups and drinks. Even sauces, herb and spice blends or Mediterranean-inspired recipes can take on a distinctive character. As lavender is highly aromatic, it is best to start with a small amount and gradually adjust to the intensity you prefer.
Natural – and therefore not always identical
Dried lavender flowers are a genuine natural product. Their colour, size and appearance may vary and can change during storage. The flowers are not artificially dyed to keep them permanently bright purple. Over time, they may become paler, greyish-purple or more brownish – a completely natural change in dried lavender.
Flowers, small stems and plant parts are part of the product
Small stems or other plant parts may also be present among the flowers. This is completely normal for a natural dried product. When preparing tea, you can simply infuse them together with the flowers and strain everything afterwards.

Directions for Use
You can use Golden Naturals® Lavender Flowers in many different ways in your kitchen. For a lavender tea, pour hot water over the desired amount of flowers, allow to infuse and then strain.
The dried flowers are also suitable for cooking, baking and seasoning. Try them in desserts, baked goods, ice cream, syrups, drinks, sauces or herb and spice blends.
Lavender has an intense floral aroma, so it is best to start with a small amount and gradually adjust until you reach the flavour intensity you prefer.
Tip: You can also use the intensely fragrant flowers outside the kitchen for potpourri, scented sachets, bath products, homemade soaps, floral decorations and other DIY ideas.
As this is a natural product, the colour, size and appearance of the flowers may vary. Small stems and other plant parts may also be present. During storage, the natural purple colour may become paler, greyish-purple or more brownish.
Shelf Life and Storage
Store in a dry place and keep tightly closed. When stored correctly, the product has a minimum shelf life of 3 years from the date of production.
Our products are supplied in prepacked packaging marked with a batch number and best-before date (printed directly on the packaging or provided on an additional label). When stored correctly, the manufacturer guarantees that the product will retain its characteristics in terms of appearance, taste and processing properties until the stated best-before date. A best-before date is not an expiry date as used, for example, for highly perishable fresh foods.

Ein Duft liegt in der Luft!
Ich liebe Lavendel und dekoriere gern, daher habe ich schon öfters getrocknete Lavendel Blüten gekauft. Allerdings habe ich manchmal das Gefühl dass die mit künstlichen Duftstoffen eingesprüht sind. Bei diesen Blüten ist das nicht so. Die duften total natürlich! Die bestelle ich gern wieder!
