Kein bisschen bitter

Was soll ich sagen!

Golden Peanut Erythritol is a polyol (sugar alcohol) produced by the fermentation of glucose. Erythritol has a glycemic index of 0, it is hardly metabolized by the body and is therefore classified as calorie-free. Erythritol, unlike sugar or other sweeteners, does not provide food for caries bacteria and is therefore considered tooth-friendly The sweetening power of erythritol compared to household sugar is about 70%. Organic Yacon Syrup
The Yacon is a widespread plant in South America, one of the oldest useful plants. It is eaten as fruit in its home country as well as processed in other foodsweiter. Already with the Incas the tuber was used as a natural sweetener. The brown yacon root is pressd out to produce the completely natural, fresh and aromatic sugar substitute. The juice is thickened at 45 °C without weiterany additives and pasteurized to 80 °C by heating it briefly. This makes it very durable in a natural way. Due to its low glycemic index, Yacon Syrup is also suitable for diabetics to sweeten food and drinks. With only half the calories, Yacon Syrup is a very attractive alternative to household sugar.

Maltitol Powder Maltina
The active Maltina pays close attention to her figure and, like her friends from the SWEETme clique, prefers less sweetness in bread, soups and co. Maltina therefore prefers to use maltitol because it is a delicious sugar substitute and has 40% fewer calories than sugar. Maltitol is produced from maltose by hydrogenation (addition of hydrogen). Maltose, also known as malt sugar, is a breakdown product of starch, mostly corn starch, but also wheat starch. In contrast to maltitol syrup, maltitol contains no glucose and has no effect on blood sugar levels and is therefore suitable for diabetics! In 100 g of maltitol there are only a good 240 kcal, which is 40 percent less than in sugar. In terms of sweetening power, consistency and taste, maltitol is very similar to household sugar. Maltitol is therefore a very popular sugar substitute in calorie-reduced foods, in the manufacture of products for diabetics and low carb products. Maltitol (E 965) is also used as a preservative and thickener in brown bread, packet soups, mustard or sauces. Maltina is suitable for: sugar-reduced or sugar-free desserts sugar-reduced baked goods sugar-free chewing gum jams brown bread, bread and rolls soups and sauces Pudding sugar-reduced and sugar-free marmalades Sugar-reduced bakery products Brown bread, bread and rolls Soups and sauces Puddings low-sugar or sugar-free desserts Sugar-free chewing gum and sweets

Vitamin C - Ascorbic acid
Ascorbic acid is the chemical name for vitamin C and is one of the natural antioxidants. It is found in many fruits, vegetables and milk. In the human organism vitamin C is involved in the binding of free radicals as well as in the formation of collagen and carbohydrate metabolism. Our quality Ascorbic acid fine (40-120 mesh), complies with the European food regulation for additives and is suitable as a preservative in fruit, vegetables, meat products and canned food. Continuee Applications are the stabilization of the pH value in the production of beverages, dietary supplements and cosmetic products. Purity criteria according to EU regulation 2008/84/EG. Effect: Ascorbic acid delays quality-reducing fermentation and ripening processes caused by the influence of oxygen, e.g. brown discoloration of cut fruit and vegetables. In meat products, ascorbic acid is often used together with nitrite curing salt to stabilize the reddening of meat products. The adhesive properties of whole grain flours can also be positively influenced by the use of ascorbic acid. Production: Ascorbic acid is obtained in a multi-stage process (Reichenstein process) by fermentation of non-genetically modified raw materials (glucose from corn or tapioca starch). No genetically modified organisms are used in the entire production process. Ascorbic acid is generally approved for use in foodstuffs without any quantitative limits. The only exceptions are untreated foodstuffs and foodstuffs which, according to the legislator, should not be altered by additives. Note: Numerous foods (e.g. beverages) are enriched with ascorbic acid to increase the vitamin content. Only in this case may it be declared as vitamin C.
